Whitefish is a resort town in Flathead County, Montana. Elevated at 3,000' above sea level with a natural oligotrophic freshwater lake, it forms part of the valleys of the nearby Glacier National Park.

Designing in high altitude, within a High Fire Hazzard Zone and Wildlife Conservation Area. 

This ski resort vacation home in Snowmass, Colorado, sits at an elevation of 7,365 feet above sea level and receives an annual snowfall of over 13 feet. The site is a 4.7 acre skewed plot with a 50 feet difference from the main road to the main door.

A 50 Room Boutique Hotel on Pine Avenue in Long Beach, California. The site is a long and narrow 150 feet by 50 feet with 3 street frontages. 

As this urban lot is within the Downtown Plan Zoning District, our façade design had to adhere to local planning requirements for a pedestrian oriented walk street.

Tropical landscaping for a Resort. 

Anchoring the North-Western tip of Cam Nam Island, this Waterfront Boutique Hotel is separated from the Ancient Town of Hoi An by the meandering Thu Bon River. 

With 150 keys and within UNESCO Heritage Site, the design of the boutique hotel was executed by Scott Brownrigg, Singapore. As their Lead Landscape Design Consultant, we were responsible for the hardscape

This pilot project was designed to accommodate a small village which was damaged by floods. With municipal aid, the villagers were reallocated to higher and safer grounds where they could call home. Here, they will contribute and help their fellow neighbours with the building of each other’s homes.

On 12th January 2010, Haiti was struck by an earthquake with its epicentre just west of the capital city, Port-au-Prince. This was a collaborative project to rebuild communities, homes and livelihoods for displaced earthquake survivors. The site at Bois Neuf is a 1,000 feet by 45 feet field. Over the course of a few years and in an attempt to increase value and yield, we worked with the single-user owner in transformation of the building’s tenancy profile to incorporate a lifestyle focused tenancy mix.

Daily Grind is a Concept Brand that is operated and managed by its parent, Spinelli Coffee Company. 

For this Concept outlet, we were experimenting with a much larger and semi-open show kitchen which is rather unusual for a café.

Mrs Plump’s is a 10 square meter Ice Cream Shop with a fully equipped operating kitchen where fresh and natural ice cream is churned daily.
All within 1.8 meters by 5.5 meters of floor space and with service counters functioning on all 3 sides, how to hide and yet be seen at the same time?

The Conceptual Planning of this feasibility study was to design a mix of Offices, Production Spaces, Music and Art Studios integrated over a 3 storey annex. This project was designed in line with the brief for the Experience Gallery and was to house spaces which were focused on Lifestyle and Art related uses.
